Its been raining these few days..hmm..Pls God let it rain on friday then no need to run cross country...

Having many exams these few days..really need yr prayers ppl..i juz realised i am really horrible at doing Maths..when i saw the paper just now..my jaws almost dropped..so that means i need to practice more..More motivation i guess..haha

Ok the main issue..sometimes we are really too busy engaged in our own activites..and we wonder wheres God? God is always there but its your activites that make u think that he is nowhere to be seen... Monday i was doing my MT paper after i finished..i began to think abt God..hmm..took the extra paper and began scribbing chinese characters on it..they reminded me so wad God told us..He Loves us no matter who we are..he will nvr forsake us..unless we forsake him..

Today i was waiting to play basketball so i decided to walk to one side,sit down and admire God's wonderful creations..i noticed the beautiful skies, trees, and grass...everything seemed quiet....it was a nice feeling..Admiring nature is a way that brings me closer to God easily..be it when i am busy or bored..

What is the thing that makes u think abt God? Look for that thing as it is important... Have a nice time admiring nature people..God created It!!

At one time I believed it was so difficult being a Christian
that I had no motivation to tell others about the Lord. Living
for Jesus just seemed too hard for normal people.

How wrong and deceived I was!

Never forget that the message about Jesus Christ is the gospel

If you are having a hard struggle, it's not because of what the
Lord is requiring of you. The problem lies with yourself -- in
pride and unbelief, which the Lord will help you overcome.

Walking with the Lord is meant to be a joy, not a burden. Yes,
there are trials and difficulties. But the Lord always helps us
and delivers us. (Even if it results in martyrdom, we will be
delivered!) Therefore, we can always trust in the Lord and
rejoice in Him. When we do that, every day can be a joyful day.

Living the Christian life is not supposed to be just a matter
of our willpower, but a matter of trust -- faith in our Lord
Jesus Christ. He is the One who carries the load. We are not
qualified and capable of saving ourselves by our own effort.
That's why we need a savior.

Too many people are trying to save themselves, instead of
trusting in Jesus to save them and make them into what He wants
them to be.

PHILIPPIANS 2:13 NKJ
13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for
His good pleasure.

We do need to change -- to do better and be better. But our
focus needs to be on Jesus and not on ourselves. We need to ask
Him and expect Him to work in us and change us. The Christian
life is meant to be a constant fellowship with Jesus and
looking to Him in faith. Otherwise, in our own ability, it is
impossible.

Remember, Jesus is not out to condemn us, but to help us. He
loves us, and proved it by dying in our place.

tmr is monday and i am already counting how many days to sat again..haha..was trying to study juz now...quite hard to make my brain move after it being hibernated in me for so long..finally its working haha..

we really shuld keep our minds and heart defended against the devil using God's work..remember how the devil tempted Jesus when he was fasting? Our God resisted the devil with God's teachings.. we shuld all be like him..havin bible verses ready at anytime..ready to whip up the devil with the power of our God's words...

Are people's lives destroyed because God does not love them? Do
people come to ruin and live in misery because God is callous
and uncaring?

NO!

People are destroyed for lack of knowledge -- even God's
people. What kind of knowledge? Knowledge that is available in
the Bible: how to walk in faith, how to overcome, how to get
prayers answered, how to resist the devil, etc.

God is not to blame for our troubles. God has already made
provision for us. But we must avail ourselves of what God has
provided.

How can we benefit from God's great provision if we don't even
know about it? So, we should seek the knowledge of God on our
own, and receive teaching from others, also.

There is not one among us who does not have much to learn. No
one yet is walking in the absolute fullness of what God has
provided.

This must be one of the saddest verses in the Bible. To think
that God's people are destroyed simply because of a lack of
knowledge. As God's children, they are our brothers and
sisters. It is our relatives being destroyed, and we should do
what we can to stop it.

Let us resolve to quit giving place to the devil by our lack of
knowledge of God's Word. Then we can share with others what we
have learned, and they can walk in freedom and victory, too.

SAY THIS: I will study God's Word so I can know the truth and
not let the devil destroy me for lack of knowledge.

with this pleasant dinner, my batch of sanfu ends. of course, sunday's the actual graduation..

im thankful that i started taking sanfu in the first place. it may be tiring and taxing at times, but it's all WORTH IT!

thruout this course i learned alot, from shi mu, all the others around me, and from those in the streets. im thankful for all the experiences, all the encouragement, all the prayers, all the souls saved. glory to the most-high Lord, AMEN.

My mind has to take a break from Quality Management. From TQM, ISO, QCC, IQC... Because grandpa's estimated 1 hour operation has not ended after 4 hours. Either doctors there have no brains to estimate properly or that they have no brains to operate within an hour. But either of that, they're still cleverer than me. So what can we do? Wait.

Waiting is the hardest thing to do when your heart and mind are racing. You know you have to wait, you know you should trust God has His plans, you hear people saying no use worrying, which are all true, but no longer do-able. And in the midst of all the waits, fear compose itself comfortably just in place, in us. That's what makes the whole waiting unbearable.


It's not what is there to gain, but what there is to lose that makes something special.

today the youths were trying to do our work in zx when another group of people which consists of Zhang Shi mu, Yue Yan,Yuling and Furong were engaged in gospel sharing to Lx's dad..

They spoke abt God's love and his blessing and promises to us..whenever lx's dad is in pain or feeling lonely..hey! theres always Jesus Christ to talk to...theres Jesus to tell your problems to, theres Jesus to share your problems with you..

So..in the end..beads of tears flowed down lx's dad's face and he accepted Christ..miracle rite? the other day lx was like telling us how his dad wasnt responding to him and lx was doubting his dad's awareness to his surroundings..Today it prove otherwise..

In our daily lives, we can be people who are of blessings or curses to other people..we can help one grow or we can help one fall..i nvr believe in tat wadever we do which is good, it will be futile..let us influence our peers the Godly way..If u face a problem or situation that u think u wont be able to handle..think again..in that stituation WHAT WOULD JESUS DO...

(People who are filled With the Holy Spirit when faced with negative problems, they will change it to something positive..however when people are lack the Holy Spirit when given positive situations they will make it negative)

Today I did 3 pieces of art at zx. And I'll like to share one. Hopefully I can successfully picture it to you... First, I prepare few bright and attractive colours of water colour on a palette and a bottle of silver poster paint. Then I wet the whole piece of drawing paper evenly by brushing it with water. Following after, I starting drawing circles with the water colours, making the whole drawing paper colourful, bubbly yet fading. Then I use the silver poster paint to draw a few solid circles.

Title of the piece: From fantasy to reality.

We can live in our fantasy, and bet we have sufficient imaginations and dreams plus wishes to make our ideal life look as attractive as it can be. However, sadly, they aren't real. This explains why the fading illusions effect due to the moisture. But on the other side, we have a reality to live in as well. And it'll usually deem more dull, repetitive and uninteresting. This explains the silvery nice blend with the white background, not outstanding at all, as compared to the vibrant colours. I wish I had silver acrylic with me, cause I tried so hard to make the circles have a 3D effect. That's to remind us that reality is REAL.

People, we have 3 choices:
1. Live in our fantasy and try our best to escape reality.
2. Live in that boring reality and drooling looking into our fantasy.
3. Make our reality as vibrant as our fantasy!

Only those who dream, who wish, who hope, who fantasize in the same line as He does will qualify to request option 3 as a choice. The rest of them only get to choose from option 1 and 2. Which is sad.

Reflections for 09/07/2007

I was thinking of points we have done well and points we could have improved on, this morning..so...Ah hem..

Firstly, people to THank, Char for introducing the place to us..cheap and good isnt it guys? Secondly, Wj for the planning of everything..we all know planning for a outing is hard especially when u have us around haha...Third Lx and Wj for volunteering to pay the fees first to avoid worldly issues like $$ so tat we can concentrate fully on our New friends..Fourthly, ww and char and those who tried to bring up the 'highness' in the room...Fithly, those who tried to sing with our new friends to make them feel less shy..Lastly, everyone for making it a point to turn up for the outing.. things wouldnt be the same without YOU!

Now, sum points to take note of..
Lateness..i would say yesterday we did quite well in the factor..those who were late had i think apt reasons..

Spiritual content..wad u guys think of yesterday's spiritual content? well..i thought that the word God was missing from our mouths..we were deeply engrossed in our own fun and lets try harder hao ma?

Our communications..i realised apart from askin our new friends to pick a song to sing..there was hardly any form of communication..well..ok la..we did talk and poke jokes at each other once in awhile but i think we can improve on this point..which means we also have to improve on bringing out spiritual issues...

Our relationships...0203 i would like to ask..yesterday's outing in which way did it improve our relationships with each otheR?

We are people who need strength from God..without him we are nothing..there are point where we have done well and there are points we have to improve greatly on..think about these things 0203..keep your mind focused on God...for if u seek him first..he will bless you with blessings beyond your imagination..
